Faulty product
The trolley is not levelled and is wobbly on the wheels. The wheels also don’t move straight and had to be oiled as it was creaking. Its a faulty product. So please change it and get us the product from some other company.

VERY poor quality! Do not Order!
VERY poor quality! Do not Order! First one came damaged and broken so asked for replacement. The replacement was also of such poor quality that I returned it! Amazon should discontinue with such poor quality products!!

Poor packaging and imbalanced wheels.
The packaging was disastrous! It arrived in a large cardboard carton, in one piece, most of which was either wet or torn! Then, the base trays were screwed to the metal part along with the packing plastic, which meant that to remove the plastic properly, you had to unscrew all the screws and then put them back on and that’s when we discovered that at least three screws were missing. Since I was going to use it for hot and cold things, I couldn’t leave the plastic on! I bought this hoping to use it daily to cart things from kitchen to dining area. But the trolley is unsteady as one of the wheels doesn’t really touch the ground at all times and as a result the trolley seems to go in any and every direction.
