I received the book today. But Iâm wondering if the way the book is bonded together is intentional or not.The inside is upside down. To read the book you must start from the back cover turned around. Strange to explain but you can figure it out by looking at the photo I added.Is this normal? Should it be replaced? Or do I now own a one of a kind special copy?Thanks.

Embrace your creative palate! I really enjoy many of the recipes in this cookbook and I leave it on the counter for itâs stylish presentation. There are recipes for all skill levels from the super easy savory spinach/garbanzo dip pictured here to all day complex slow cooking items that are rich and delicious.
